About me
Dario Bocchini is an Italian born Director & Writer based in London (UK). His practice focuses on horror, thriller, crime and cyberpunk storytelling, focusing on the theme of society “misfits” and the deep relation among trauma, vengeance and self-discovery. Recently, Bocchini has been involved as Production Manager for multiple genre short films, such as “The Leerie” (2021) funded by BFI Network, “The Heritage” (2022) funded by Hulu/Disney+, and for body horror feature film “Kill Your Lover” (TBC – 2023) by Switchblade Cinema.
Currently in development for second film as Director & Writer, called “Gasoline”, a punk thriller short on pyromania, self-expression and manhood, set in 1999 London.
